Household Pick-Up

Please read the following instructions prior to scheduling your appointment. Kidney Man thanks you for being a hero and donating to help fight kidney disease!

• Please have your items out for pick up by 8:30am. Your donation will be picked up between 8:30am-4:30pm.
• Please mark your bags or boxes with “NKF” to assist our driver in identifying your donation. Unmarked items will not be picked up.
• The best place to leave your donation is close to your home. Either the front porch or in front of the garage.
• You do not need to be home for a pickup; our driver will leave a tax receipt for you on your front door.
• Our drivers are not allowed to enter your home or backyard. They may enter your garage for a donation as long as you are present.
